This is a contract between purchaser (you) and ProGlads Owners (us) if you buy any supplements from this website you should follow our all terms and conditions. When you buy or book your order these terms and condition will apply on your each any every order.
DELIVERY
We try to deliver your product within same day in Karachi. But if you live out of Karachi such as in Lahore, Islamabad, Multan or any other city, it would take us 3 to 5 working days to deliver your product at your doorstep. But in case you do not receive your product on the agreed date, keep in mind that the delay wouldn’t be from our side. Such delays usually occur from the side of courier service.
You can contact us through our customer services department to solve any problem either related to the delivery of the product, or any other problem.

PRICE & PAYMENT
We have all the rights to change our price range of any product at any time without notifying you. If you book your order before we change the price, you will pay for that product at previous price.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
In any condition you want to return or exchange your purchase products you may have all legal right to return your product within the 3 days without opening the seal of purchase products (original condition).
Please make a video while opening the Packaging (not seal of the product) as a supporting proof.
We will refund you the money without any unnecessary deduction except the shipping fee.
Opened seal product or used product is not acceptable in any condition.
Short expiry products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you don’t like the taste or you are not satisfied with the product result you can’t return or exchange opened seal products. If there is any concern regarding taste & dissatisfaction, you need to raise it to “Manufacturer”.
Since ingredients of BCAA’s and Pre Workout are hygroscopic in nature i.e. absorbs water molecules from atmosphere, they will tend to form clumps. However the supplement is completely safe to consume. No return or exchange is entertained due to clumping. If you have relevant concerns, you can contact the “Manufacturers” of the related product.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
In any circumstances, you want to cancel your order you have full right to cancel your order, but you must inform within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Your money will be return according to our terms and conditions policy, if you paid prepayment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order. We also reserve the right to lessen the quantity of the products you order.
On Sale’s Day, only one order will be processed per customer. Bulk quantity order placed online will be automatically cancelled. No order for resellers or wholesalers will be entertained on Sale’s Day.
RETURNS – PROCEDURE
You may directly call on our cell phone number if you want to return or exchange the products. We will guide you how to return the product and the procedure for your refund.
Make sure that the product seal isn’t opened or damaged in anyway whatsoever, and only then we will return you full amount without any deduction except for shipping charges.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT
Due to shortage of your desired product or unavailability of favorite flavors we will inform you via through your contact number or Email. In such an event, it will be up to you to choose an alternate flavor or product, or cancel the order.
TIME PERIOD OF SHORT EXPIRY PRODUCT
Short Expiry time policy will be calculated as following:
