DELIVERY PERIOD 

We can deliver the ordered product on within 3 working days. In case there is an urgency we can also do a same day delivery. However, the same day/next day delivery can only be done in Karachi. For all the orders made on a Saturday after 2pm, our team will dispatch the orders on next Monday.​As for the next day delivery, all over Pakistan, we attempt to deliver it within 1 to 2 business days. 

CASH ON DELIVERY SERVICES 

ProGlads allow you to pay as you receive your order. We provide cash on delivery service through Blue Ex Couriers or Leopard Courier. 

BANK PAYMENTS

We can also give another option of payment i.e. to prepay via bank transfer, easy paisa or jazz cash, upon confirmation of your order by one of our representatives. 

ORDER TRACKING

Proglads use Blue Ex or Leopard as our delivery service and all our dispatched orders can be tracked on the given portals by both delivery service providers. You can also check the status of your order through the tracking URL:

DELIVERY RECEIPTS 

All dispatched parcels contain the purchased invoices handed over to the person who receives and the receiver is requested to provide credentials to the mail man as authentication. In case you are not available to receive your order, kindly inform the delivery   man in advance and drop your order to other safe place. You may let us know about your suggested location to deliver in advance while booking and leaving additional delivery notes. 

MISSED DELIVERIES

Any missed deliveries shall be notified via phone calls text / Whatsapp, in case no one receives it. Kindly reschedule with our representative in case of missed deliveries.  

CHANGES IN DELIVERY DETAILS 

If you want to notify any changes in your delivery details or you want to change your delivery location/phone number, etc. you may change and notify before we dispatch your order from our warehouses for delivery. You can call our customer support department on 0301 0086666
