Goods once sold can only be return or exchanged if the product seal is not broken.
Clumping of the food supplement may occur, a natural phenomenon. No return or exchange for clumped product. Only such clumped product will be exchanged which has became stone hardened and are not breakable.
Delivery time is the only estimated time not committed time, a day or two day may be delayed. But we have 95% on-time delivery rate.
Many people have food allergy, mostly from Milk, Peanut and Soy. Symptoms may include itchy mouth, throat, nausea or diarrhea. There will be no return and no refund if you have food allergy.
Since COVID-19, there are supply chain issues worldwide due to which packing materials have shortage which is affecting the quality of jars, stickers and caps. If you have any doubt, you can contact the manufacturer at any time but your dissatisfaction of the product because of change of packing cannot lead to product return or refund.
